- The second day I called first in the morning, and then at 5pm asking for my item. In both occasions they told me my item was on its way, due to arrive that same day, but that the delivery driver was catching up with the delivery of the day before, so it was expected to be late. Nothing arrived.

Had to wait 20 minutes before I could see the person on the Know How desk, he was all over the shop. The gentleman that tried to help me first was absolutely lovely. Once I was seen, he was extremely helpful

At the same time, the waiting time on the phone (about 4 hours in the last 3 days) shows an obvious lack of personnel at their side, not ready for the extra work they need to do in Christmas period (that also matches with the "passing the ball" attitude).

Very poor stock availability; 4 visits in last 12 months with 4 specific purchases in mind. Items are always on display, but never actually in stock. Told I could order and collect in a couple of days; No thanks, its a 70 mile plus round trip. I could waste an entire day waiting for items to be delivered to my home; I've other things that need doing. A major store covering such a large area should have a much more robust stock control procedure in place, or the stock manager needs sacking. Shall not visit this outlet again.

- The third day, after calling and waiting on the phone, finally someone confirms that they don't have the item in stock, and that I have spend my last 2 days waiting for nothing.

- The first day they gave me a delivery window, so I waited for the item. The item was not delivered so I called them and after 40 minutes waiting I got to speak with someone that assured me the item had leaved the depot and that the driver was not answering, so they didn't know were it was. That is fine (I thought), as there are things they cannot control.

I had a problem trying to order a camera online last year it kept saying it was in stock and we paid for it but then would get an email saying it was out of stock. The nearest store that had the same camera was stoke on Trent. I was going to cancel order completely but the manager said he lived in stoke and would get collect it for me. That's a proper salesman who goes extra mile. Thanks.

In short, if you are planning to order something from them, please be aware that if everything goes well fine, but if not, you will be dealing with a very poor customer service, with low capacity of response and without any idea of what is going on with your order (or with not problem of lying about it).

It seems to me that basically their customer service just try to pass the ball to the next one, knowing that they are not going to be hold responsible for it.

Whenever I've been here and need to ask about specifics of certain products eg cameras and computers they just read the ticket that is in front of item that I've just read myself. Sales people don't seem to know their products nowadays just go by product description.

Ruined my Black Friday. Ordered pro last night to find cancellation email this morning without any explanation. Money not refunded straight away so cant purchase anywhere else till funds received. Appalling service. No apologize or explanation. Disgraceful.
